Justin Vandygriff is the owner of Vandygriff Services, a family-owned lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance company proudly serving residential and commercial customers since 1977. As a third-generation operator, Justin has spent most of his life learning the business from the ground up, developing a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering dependable outdoor services with exceptional customer care.

Growing up in the family business, Justin began helping at a young age by assisting with lawn maintenance, property cleanup, and daily operations. Those early experiences taught him the importance of hard work, accountability, and treating every customer’s property with the same level of care and attention he would give his own.

After working alongside his brother and sister for many years, Justin joined the company full-time in 2012 and has played a key role in its continued growth and success. Under his leadership, Vandygriff Services has expanded beyond traditional lawn care to offer a complete range of outdoor services, including professional landscaping, seasonal cleanups, property maintenance, and commercial snow plowing. In 2025, the company rebranded as Vandygriff Services to better reflect the full scope of services available to homeowners, businesses, and property managers.

Today, Justin remains actively involved in day-to-day operations, working directly with customers and overseeing projects to ensure the highest standards of quality and service. His hands-on leadership style, clear communication, and dedication to building long-term customer relationships have helped establish Vandygriff Services as a trusted name in outdoor property care.

Brittni holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, providing Vandygriff Services with extensive expertise in financial management, business operations, budgeting, and organizational planning. Her knowledge helps guide the company’s long-term growth while maintaining the efficiency and customer-focused approach that has been a cornerstone of the business since 1977.

While much of her work involves managing operations, customer service, scheduling, and business administration, Brittni is equally committed to supporting the team in the field.
