Justin Vandygriff

Owner

Justin Vandygriff is the owner of Vandygriff Services and a third-generation operator in a family business that began in 1977. His introduction to the business started at a young age — picking up sticks and helping wherever he could — learning firsthand the value of hard work, responsibility, and taking pride in a job done right.

After helping run the business alongside his brother and sister, Justin took the company full time in 2012 and has continued to grow it while staying true to its family roots. Under his leadership, Vandygriff Services expanded into landscaping services, seasonal cleanups, and commercial snow plowing, and rebranded in 2025 to better reflect the full scope of services offered.

Justin remains hands-on in the day-to-day operations and is committed to consistent service, clear communication, and building long-term relationships with customers. Today, he is proud to be training the next generation of the Vandygriff family to carry on the legacy that started nearly five decades ago.

Brittni Vandygriff

Staff

Brittni Vandygriff plays a key role in the operations and growth of Vandygriff Services. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, bringing a strong financial and business foundation to the company.

In addition to her background in accounting and business operations, Brittni is actively involved in the day-to-day work of the company. Customers will often see her in the field mowing lawns, assisting with landscaping projects, and working alongside the crew when needed. She isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty and believes in leading by example.

Outside of the lawn season, Brittni also works part-time in real estate and tax services, adding additional financial and operational insight that helps strengthen the business both in the office and in the field.

Her hands-on approach, combined with her business expertise, helps ensure Vandygriff Services operates efficiently, consistently, and with a long-term vision for growth..
